Shipping

Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours. Shipping within the United States will be by FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

We ship worldwide by FedEx International or USPS. Shipments are designated "delivered at place". Buyer is responsible for any duty, tax, and import fees.

Expedited and other shipping methods are available if requested. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional surcharges. All items are fully insured.

We accept all forms of payment including: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Check, Electronic Check, and Bank Transfer.

Some listings of high value may require a payment source that does not incur a processing fee, such as check or bank transfer. If this type of payment is required, it will be noted in the item description.

warranty

All sales include our standard 90 day warranty.

If the equipment is not working correctly within 90 days, we will fix, replace, or accept a return on the item.

If the customer wishes to return a system that is working properly, we may have to charge a 10-20% restocking fee.

Occasionally we will have items sold as-is and without warranty. These terms will be noted in the description.
